These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of QAF Academy Website, located at www.qaf.academy.

Accounts

You need an account for most activities on our platform. Keep your password secure, as you are responsible for all activities associated with your account. If you suspect that someone else is using your account, please inform us by contacting our support team. You must have reached the age of consent for online services in your country to use our site. When setting up and maintaining your account, you must provide accurate and complete information, including a valid email address. You are fully responsible for your account and everything that happens on it, including any damage (to us or to anyone else) caused by someone using your account without your permission. This means you need to be cautious with your password. You are not allowed to transfer your account to someone else or use someone else’s account. If you contact us to request access to an account, we will not grant you this access unless you are able to provide us with the information we need to prove that you are the owner of this account.

You are not allowed to share your login credentials with anyone else. You are responsible for what happens with your account, and Qaf Academy will not intervene between students or trainers who have shared login credentials. You must notify us as soon as you become aware that someone else may be using your account without your permission (or if you suspect any other security breach) by contacting our support team. We may ask you for some information to confirm that you are indeed the owner of your account. Students and trainers must be at least 18 years old to create an account on Qaf Academy and use the services. If you are under 18 but above the required age for consent to use online services in the country you reside in (for example, 13 in the United States or 16 in Ireland), you are not allowed to create an account, but we encourage you to invite a parent or guardian to open an account and help you access appropriate content. If you are below the age of consent for using online services, you are not allowed to create a Qaf Academy account. If we discover that you have created an account that violates these rules, we will terminate your account. Under our trainer terms, you may be asked to verify your identity before being authorized to provide content for publication on Qaf Academy.

Content Registration and Access

When registering for a course or other content, you receive a license from us to view or download it through Qaf Academy services, and there is no other use. Do not attempt to transfer or resell the content in any form. Qaf Academy grants you (as a student or parent of a student) a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view the content for which you have paid all required fees and displayed, solely for your personal, non-commercial, and educational purposes through the services, in accordance with these terms and any terms or restrictions associated with the specific content or feature of our services. All other uses are explicitly prohibited. You may not reproduce, redistribute, transmit, assign, sell, broadcast, rent, share, lend, modify, adapt, edit, create derivative works from, or sublicense the content, unless we have given you explicit permission to do so in a written agreement signed by an authorized representative of Qaf Academy. This also applies to content that you can access through any of our application programming interfaces.

We generally grant full access licenses to our students when they register for a course or other content. However, we reserve the right to revoke any access license to any content and use it at any time if we decide or are obligated to disable access to the content for legal or policy reasons, for example, if the course or other content you registered for is subject to a copyright complaint, or if we decide that it violates our trust and safety guidelines. This lifetime access license does not apply to recordings through subscription plans or to features and additional services associated with the course or other content you register for.

Payments, Credits, & Refunds

When making a payment, you agree to use a valid payment method. If you are not satisfied with your content, Qaf Academy offers a 7-day refund for all courses available on our website.

– Pricing

The price applied to the content is the price at the time you complete the content purchase process (at checkout). Any price displayed for specific content may also differ when logged into your account from the price available to users who have not logged in or registered, as some of our promotional offers are only available to new users.
If you are logged into your account, the currency listed depends on your location when creating your account. If you are not logged into your account, the currency of the price depends on the country you are in. We do not enable users to see prices in other currencies.
If you are a student located in a country where consumption tax, sales tax, goods and services tax, or value-added tax applies to consumer sales, we are responsible for collecting this tax and remitting it to the relevant tax authorities. Depending on your location, the price you see may include these taxes, or taxes may be added at checkout.

– Payments

You agree to pay the fees for the content you purchase and authorize us to deduct the discount or charge your credit card or process other payment methods (such as Paypal, MasterCard, direct debit, or mobile wallet) for those fees. Qaf Academy works with payment service providers to offer you the most convenient payment methods in your country and to maintain the security of your payment information. We may update your payment methods using the information provided by our payment service providers. Check our privacy policy for more details.
When making a purchase, you agree not to use an invalid or unauthorized payment method. If your payment method fails and you still have access to the content you registered for, you agree to pay us the corresponding fees within 30 days of notification from us. We reserve the right to disable access to any content for which we have not received sufficient payments.

Account Management

You can cancel your subscription at any time. If you cancel your subscription to a subscription plan, your access to this plan will automatically end on the last day of the billing period. Upon cancellation, you will not be entitled to a refund or credit for any fees already paid for your subscription, unless otherwise required by applicable law. For clarification, canceling the subscription does not terminate your Qaf Academy account.”
